It's hard to get the soap in without some of spilling over the sides, then the sponge falls off after just a couple uses. I tried this with two sponges with same result. I enjoyed the wand at first. Mine doesn't leak detergent but the sponge head comes off within a week with me only using it on a few dishes since I do use a dishwasher. After buying replacements I decided trying to glue them back on with Monkey Glue when the sponge was dry, but within a short time it came off again. I am very disappointed in this product. I don't think I will buy anymore sponges unles Dawn can verify they have improved this product. And by the way.....why can't we contact Dawn directly? My advice is: Don't buy this product. |
