I like the idea of an environmentally conscious detergent. But it just doesn't work. Every time I've done a load with this, the dishes are at best covered in a gritty film, and at worst, as if I hadn't washed them at all.I've tried adding more detergent, running on the hot water cycle, etc. Nothing makes a difference. The only way it will clean is if you clean the dishes by hand yourself first. (No, I'm not exaggerating. And yes, this is silly.) I've tried other detergents, and they work great, so it's not an issue with my dishwasher or my water. It just simply doesn't work. I tried the following load with another detergent and dishes came out perfectly clean.
