This review is from: Libman Dish Sponge & Soap Dispenser (Kitchen) VERY similar to the Libman Scrubber but with a sponge for lighter jobs. Absolutely EVERYTHING about this Libman Dish Sponge is PER-FECT. The size, the feel, the weight, a sponge that doesn't fall off, AND it DOES NOT leak. Finally. A dish sponge that does not leak. Do not waste your money (as I have done over and over and over again)on any of the others. If it has a button on it or a big box, well known name on it...leave it in cyber or on the store shelf. This is the product you are looking for. I also recommend the Libman Dish Scrubber w/ Soap Dispenser (CO 00048). It compliments this sponge version for more difficult jobs. You'll LOVE it/them. The handle is a much better design than competitors that use plugs that often get lost or don't stay in place. The soap flows out of the wand evenly. I've been using it for two months and it's great. I was a little disappointed that the head is so wide. It does not fit into 6 oz. juice glasses, small wine glasses, or some other narrow containers. Also, the barrel is a little wide for my small grip. That said, I am still pleased with the purchase. The dishwand has its own stand, which allows the sponge to dry between uses to reduce bacterial growth as well as preventing soapy leaks. Be sure to order the CelluleneTM (#134) rather than Cellulose(#135), as cellulose gets stinky quicker. However, the product must be defective or poorly designed. I filled it with dishwashing soap, stood it up on the counter and all was well until I returned 15 minutes later to see the soap all over the counter. I checked that it had been tightened properly -- yes. Placed it on the sink and it leaked again. From this experience I would not recommend it. It may cost a bit more than other brands but in the end I use less detergent and the cost balances out. I switched to this Pure Essentials version because I try in as many ways as possible to avoid touching/using/purchasing any unneeded chemicals, dyes or additives. This clear formula has less of the ingredients that I don't want in the environment nor in my kitchen. It does the best job for me to get my dishes squeaky clean. Highly recommended!
