I've used every type and kind of dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent you can imagine. These Cascade Action Pacs are the best thing I've ever used--the are convenient, prevent waste (just how much dishwasher detergent SHOULD you add for an extra dirty load?--no worries here--one "pod" cleans as many really dirty dishes as I care to put into my top-of-the-line Kenmore dishwasher), get everything sparkling clean without pre-washing or rinsing, and smell... Works with a fully loaded dishwasher (of rinsed dishes) on regular cycle, the dishes, pots, silverware (stainless and sterling - in separate baskets) and glasses all come out clean, unspotted and shiny. Much less mess than my old liquid detergent and no need to buy the special liquid shine additive that's dispensed from the reservoir near the detergent cup. One note - handle the Action Paks with dry hands when loading the soap cup. This is clearly written on the packing, but I know not everyone will read it. |
