My dishwasher is pretty basic, and using a gel pack is pretty much a must if I want my dishes to actually get clean. I have used Cascade 2 in 1 Action Pacs for quite some time now and have been very pleased. The original scent is nice, as it does not leave your dishes smelling too strong, but they still smell clean. I have priced this product at my local grocery store and this seems to be a good price, even including the usual coupons that I would use. It's just so nice to pop open a package and put one of these in the dishwasher, close the door and you're done. You're shaking it, etc. and it ALWAYS winds up in your hair!). The value here is pretty good on ebay - plus you get that free shipping. Can't beat that! But the best part is that these seem to clean the dishes more thoroughly. They are rinsed and come out cleaner than with the usual products. These pouches take all the mess and guess work out of adding the dishwater detergent to your dishwasher before you start it up. Just place one pouch, unopened, into the main dispenser cup (not any other cup) of your dishwasher, close the dispenser cup if you have to--and then turn on the dishwasher! The pouch with its soap and Dawn gives you very clean dishes that actually DO shine just as Amazon notes that they do. Great!The pouches cause no harm to septic tanks; and your dishwasher runs just fine with them instead of the regular dishwasher detergent you may have used up until now. After the dishwasher cycle is over, simply remove the pouch from the dispenser cup and discard it.
